Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the customer and the online store Moneta Nova, operated by Nejc Petelinšek s.p., Slomškova ulica 7, 3215 Loče, Slovenia (Registration No.: 9467009000, VAT ID: SI85811866). 

1. Product Specifications and Prices
Our products (EDC gear, coins, beads, collectible knives, etc.) are handmade. Due to the nature of craftsmanship, minor aesthetic variations may occur between individual pieces. Images are illustrative, and each final product carries unique characteristics. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Slovenian Value Added Tax (VAT), as the provider is a registered VAT entity. Prices are locked at the time of order placement.

2. Payments
We accept online card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed once the payment is successfully completed.

3. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and EU electronic commerce regulations.
