Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with the item you received, you have the right to return it within 14 days without giving any reason.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods. 
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an explicit notification via e-mail to: info@monetanova.co.

Return Procedure
1. Notify us of your return by email at info@monetanova.co within 14 days of delivery.
2. Pack the item securely. The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original quantity and packaging.
3. Ship the package back to our official address:

Shipping Costs for Returns
Please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for covering the direct costs of shipping the package back to us. We do not accept collect-on-delivery (COD) return shipments.

Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made,  personalized, or produced according to specific instructions provided by the consumer.
