The Terms and Conditions of the Moneta Nova online store are drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes for e-commerce.

1. Product Offer and Prices Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, the products in the Moneta Nova online store (EDC items, coins, pendants, collectible knives, etc.) are unique. Images may be symbolic, as minor aesthetic variations can occur between individual handmade pieces, which gives these products their special value. All prices in the online store are listed in Euros (€) and already include Value Added Tax (VAT), as the provider is a VAT registered entity. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.
2. Payment Methods The provider accepts the following payment methods: • Payment via credit and debit cards (through a secure payment service provider). • Payment via PayPal. • Payment via Apple Pay. • Other secure online card payments available at checkout.
3. Delivery and Shipping Costs Package delivery is carried out by the partner delivery service Packeta International. The shipping cost for the customer is €0 (delivery is free of charge). All items are dispatched within 5 business days from order confirmation. The final delivery time to the buyer's address depends on the destination country and the terms of the delivery service.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns The buyer (consumer) has the right to notify the provider at the e-mail address info@monetanova.co within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The withdrawal period begins the day after the date the goods are received. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage). The buyer must return the goods to the company immediately, or no later than 14 days from sending the notice of withdrawal. The items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in the original quantity, unless the items have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. The provider shall refund all payments received using the same method of payment as used by the buyer, unless the buyer expressly agrees to a different payment method. The provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received back or until the buyer provides proof of having sent the goods back.
5. Legal Notice on Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ODR) In accordance with legal regulations, Nejc Petelinšek s.p. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes that a consumer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
