Shipping and Delivery • Shipping cost: Delivery for all purchases in our online store is completely free of charge (€0). • Delivery partner: All packages are shipped via the reliable international delivery service Packeta International. • Dispatch time: As our items are handmade and collectible, we carefully prepare and dispatch every package within 5 business days from order confirmation. • Delivery time: The final transit time depends on the country the item is being shipped to. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Returns and Order Withdrawal If you are not completely satisfied with the received product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
